Stage 3 Fitness

I've been going consistently 3-4 times a week for the past 6 months and every workout has been amazing. I love the variety of workouts, and the coaches definitely motivate you. Everyone one is friendly and welcoming. Perfect for all levels of fitness.

Top notch experience! The atmosphere, cleanliness and the classes are great! Every instructor/Trainer are great! I am seeing results and continue to progress in just 3 weeks (but I know I’m still a working progress). Ive tried different gym classes and none of them matches the experience I had with stage 3.

A fitness center that focuses on group fitness as well as one on one personal training. A great local fitness center just down the road from downtown Duluth. Love the guidance from the personal trainers in the group classes!

Denise and Ally and everyone who works here are amazing!! They really make you feel like part of a little family, and make it a great place to feel confident and happy while you work out!
